- Our deliveries are handled by our third-party companies, this means they might ship the products one or two days later than we plan. It also means that we can’t guarantee that the products are being delivered on the day we plan.

ORDER PROCESSING
If your item is in stock, please allow 2-4 business days to process your order once payment is received and cleared. Please note during high volume sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays – we appreciate your patience during this time! Once shipped, you will be emailed with tracking information to follow your order to its destination. Please note there is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

RETURNS
CleanPod accepts returns on all products for any reason. Just as long as item & packaging is returned in perfect condition. If you want to know more about our return policy, please check our page “Returns” or just contact hello@cleanpod.eu. We will handle your return after contacting.
This is how it works:
- Please send us an e-mail (click here), and we will send you all the information you need to proceed with the return of the goods.
- As soon as we receive your return, we will make sure to handle your request.
Do I need to pay for the return?
We have free returns with Paypal. Didn’t pay with paypal? Then you are responsible for the return costs.

TAXES & DUTIES
Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. All orders are shipped DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” from Asia, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be. In order to collect your package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs. As we ship to over 50 countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case, the fees are paid to the local carrier. CleanPod does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.
OWNERSHIP AND RISK
To ensure fast dispatch times, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at hello@cleanpod.eu. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and CleanPod will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Once shipped, CleanPod does not take responsibility for loss or damaged items during transit. In the unlikely event, your order is not received within the expected delivery time frame.
Returns or exchange items are accepted up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order.
